Revit Haiku

Postby corinoco » 17 Jan 2007, 13:30

Your're not a proper internet forum unless you have some haiku.

So, here are some Revit haiku.

Another version,
Still Revit has many bugs;
But we keep paying.

Section reference;
My one true friend in Revit.
You never fail me.

A massing model;
curtain walls in sweeping curves!
change! - And start again.

Revit library -
So many objects to use;
No sense of order.

Worksets sometimes work;
if all users know ju-ju.
If not - then give up.

Error has occured -
Continue without saving;
don't bother - close it.

(damn, I'm trying to write something good here, honest!)

Revit is fickle,
But go back to AutoCAD;
Feel a world of pain.

(sort of...)

Revit is my friend
needs a fast PC to run;
also good for games!

Arigato!

Remember - all replies in Haiku! (That's 5-7-5 syllables! Katana & wakisashi optional)

You have lost it!

Unfortunately I’m not far behind......

Revit has put my brain in a blender
Built it fast and build it strong,
I will break you Revit !

to Revit we must!
Autodesk insanity
Spring is still afar...

suitably enigmatic?? (at least, that's my excuse)

you know you're famous
when spammers from far countries
dig for gold in cad

what use do we have
for trinkets to use in games?

To call Great Cthulu:
Revit Family Edit -
siguls of ref planes

sing out across time,
awakening great powers
that make Revit die;

but I still edit,
I must make this family
for I need symbols

to make sense of plans.
Maybe it will work, some day
When the stars are right.

They spam us so much
We slap them down, endlessly
Modern whack-a-mole

They spend so much time
sending unread pleas for cash
we will ignore them

Read this wisdom, fools!
You waste the worlds best resource!
trying learning; it's cool!
